My Story

June 2015 my mum was diagnosed with an incurable blood cancer known as Multiple Myeloma. Multiple myeloma is a rare cancer that is found in the bone marrow.

Mum has undergone months of chemotherapy at The Andrew Love Cancer Centre and in 2015 she had a stem cell transplant using her own cells.

A form of treatment used to treat MM is a bone marrow transplant. Unfortunately my mum does not have this option as she does not have a match on the global registry.

I am running this fundraiser for my mum to raise awareness for The Australian Bone Marrow Donor Registry and to donate all funds to The Andrew Love Cancer Centre as a thank you for their incredible efforts in treating my mum.

If you would like to attend my event please see the below details.

Ticket Price: $30

100% of ticket purchases and proceeds from the event go to The Andrew Love #ProjectLove Cancer Treatment Redevelopment

Ticket Purchases available through Geelong Hotel on 52232946 or by contacting myself on 0429 145 467.

Thank You
